At the ripe age of 25, Pierre penguin lost his feathers — a predicament for penguins because their feathers provide warmth in the water. Without his feathers, Pierre steered clear of the water, the frigid temps being too much for his little body to handle.

Fortunately for Pierre, his trainers thought on their feet and designed a custom-sized wetsuit to remedy his problem. After six weeks, he is successfully integrating with his penguin friends, his plumage is beginning to return, and he’s put on some weight! Way to go le petite!
